The tech was excellent. He got an order for a replacement oven. But Please make sure your technician has proper PPE. Masks, shoe coverings during flu & Cold season…

Husband stated gentleman arrived at 9am, had to move washer to access Propane Hot Water heater that stopped working. Within minutes he was able to get it to ignite, waited for 10 mins no problems and left. However it stopped working again within an hour. Had to reschedule another appointment 1 week away for them to return. Heater is still on warranty.

I was very happy with the technician but the price was just outrageous. I cannot believe I was charged $336 for putting a belt on. I’m a disabled grandmother raising two granddaughters. You guys need some kind of a discount.

Probably the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I would had rated 0 if I could. I scheduled a home repair to fix my dryer and confirmed it via text many times. My appointment was scheduled for 1pm-5pm. I get a text from a virtual bot at 10am that my technician is no longer coming. I am rescheduled 3 times via text because each time they said there was availability, next next second it was unavailable. Then about 10min later, I get a call from the actual repair technician that he is on his way and he’ll be at my house at 11. I told him that my appointment was for 1-5 and I had a dentist appointment at 11 so no one was going to be home. Luckily, the technician was super nice and agreed to come at 1. So I thought all was good. Then around 12 I get another call from an AI bot rescheduling me AGAIN. I was so confused I texted the technician asking if he was still on his way. He said yes he should be there at 1. Then at 12:30 a different technician calls me and says he will be at my house in an hour and I half. Now I’m really pissed off because of all of the confusion. I text the first technician and he shows up at 1, he cancels the other technician. And my dryer wasn’t able to be fixed because they didn’t have the right part. Go figure. Then I try to reschedule an appointment to get the same repair technician to come back since he know the part I need, and I can’t even get a hold of a live person to have them update my repair. I am so beyond frustrated, don’t waste your time with this service it’s not worth the headache. I hope that they get rid of the AI bots for the sake of their technicians. I am at least grateful that the technician Logan was kind and understanding of the whole situation. Edit 5/27. Still wasn’t able to talk to a real person to schedule my recall to get my dryer fixed. So I had to schedule online and guess what? Same thing again that was called by 2 different technicians who said they were coming. And my part wasn’t ordered so there is no point for them to even come today. And they said they were coming between 8-12 and they won’t be here until 1:30/2oclock. So now my whole day has been stuck at the house. This problem would’ve been avoided if I could’ve actually spoken to a real to person instead of a stupid AI to tell them to order the part I need. Seriously the worst service. I feel so bad for their technicians who are all so nice and deserve better.

Terrible terrible terrible. I have issues with the report and there is no way to speak to anyone there. Shoddy repair service. No customer service at all. Update on above. I was contacted by this company requesting that I resolve this either on an attached webpage or a phone number they provided. I tried calling, as I had before. Because thisis a home warranty service repair my phone number is not their "approved contact" so I was not allowed to continue the call. The web page sent me in circles but never resolved anything. I had gone through all of this over and over before and thus the reason for the poor reviews. These people do not want to communicate with you!

I had an appointment scheduled between 8-noon Tuesday, March 17 to repair my stove. NO SHOW. NO TEXT NO PARTS or phone call!!!! I paid $582 for a part to be replaced on my scheduled appointment. Called service..talked to no one, but the “bot” rescheduled my appointment between 1-5 later today!!! We’ll see!!! Fingers crossed!!! Where is the service guy and my parts? Not liking the oven reviews!! Am I being scammed!!???
