If I could rate minus 5 I would. The service is horrible. I cannot get an actual person on the phone. I have been trying to get my oven fixed since September, it's now December. Multiple techs have been out multiple times and have ordered multiple expensive parts and rescheduled my appointments I can't even remember how many times. The last tech said he'd have the parts refunded since nothing they have done has fixed the problem. Needless to say I have not been issued a refund and am unable to contact anyone about this. The company and to be a total scam.

Review of A&E Factory Service- tech Claudio: Poor Experience with Freezer Repair Service My husband and I recently had a very disappointing experience with two of the techs and A&E Factory Service regarding a freezer repair. Initially, we paid for a technician to diagnose the issue, who informed us that the fan was faulty and quoted us over $500 for the repair. We went ahead with the payment, but after the technician completed the work, the freezer was still warm and not freezing. During this time, I was at the hospitalized undergoing cancer treatment, and my husband checked the freezer. After contacting the technician, we learned that a screw had been improperly installed and had punctured the coil, by the first tech during the initial repair. This issue was then supposedly fixed when the original tech Claudio returned- he was also the tech who was supposedly more senior and originally diagnosed the freezer and after he made the coil change we were informed there would be no warranty on the work performed. After the technician assured us that the freezer was now fixed and showed us it was cooling for that moment we discovered the following day that it was still not cooling. When my husband reached out again, we were told that the problem now lies with the compressor, and we would need to pay again for this additional repair. I find this situation unacceptable, and I believe the company should be held accountable for the repeated issues and the financial burden placed on us as customers. I would not recommend A&E Factory Service based on this experience and urge others to seek repair services elsewhere. Should be ZERO stars but the system will not allow you to move forward with out selecting at least 1 star.

First technician was friendly and helpful. Second was not. Process started May 26, 2025. Needed new control board. Board arrived within 2 days. Technician didn't arrive for 2 months!! Now new board doesn't work either.

I had appointment today between 8 a m to 12.00 p m but nobody showed up to fix my refrigerator. What rate you are talking about. We are more the two months without refrigerator.

Our refrigerator stopped working 4/5, we called AHS to schedule appt. AHS issued service to Sears. Sears that then missed appointments 4/9 and 4/10 without letting us know they were not going to show. Today 4/16 a repairman showed up and told us the freezer was causing the issue with the frig and our only remedy is to defrost it, plug it back in until it stops working again. Repeat. This was his answer.. he said no repairs could be done. I notified AHS this was unacceptable service.

Would just like to point out that I did not receive the service I expected. I had taken the day off on the 14th as well as my 20-year anniversary which was all screwed up because of the fact that the technician that had scheduled the appointment had canceled on me and didn't know if I mean till later in the afternoon in which my window time was at 8:00 and 12:00 p.m. then they came out the next day. Didn't fix my oven right and rescheduled for another service and here it is today the 19th. They said they would have a window time between 8:00 and 12:00 p.m. again, no show and decide to notify me after the scheduled time that they won't be out for another 3 days. I will not refer or reference these people as good business either
