This is what I love about sears.. whenever I have to use their services. Technician has always been knowledge, reliable and I have never felt like they are there to sell me something more than what I need. He showed me the issues. Was very professional, i am very happy with the service.

Our technician Matthew was awesome. He knowledge and very professional. He was able to diagnose the issue with the oven and when the part was ordered, was able to fox the problem in 15min. The oven works great now. Thanks again!!
