Kind and Efficient technician Sergio P. was a pleasure to help my Sears forced air gas Wall heater. (oldie but goodie). to Check for leaks etc, adjust and clean pilot tube. Its like new! I refurbished/restored to get me thru the winter. Sears booking people where nice also. but, they need to hire more technicians for Los Angeles surrounding cities. Our traffic is so bad, poor guy had to drive all over the place to help people and that time taken delayed my appt. to next day. Worth the wait to be happy n safe!
