Nilesh and John were both a BIGTIME blessing!! I’ve had Nilesh as a previous technician for the rebuilt if my washer. Although it took me 9 hours and 48 minutes in a total of 3 days to get the maintenance redone and many frustrating tears, I was so happy to have seen it was Nilesh and a trainee John that was great and in detail of what is to be done. The other 2 previous “so-call” technicians are burn out & lazy with the excuse of short staffed so they don’t vacuum the coils or dryer lint traps unless it needs repair. But happy for these 2 technicians!!! But not happy with the call center whatsoever, unless Sears is collecting money I get Sears other than that us ALL OUTSOURCE ABD THRY ALWAYS PKAY THE “point the finger game!” That’s 5 stars to the technicians.my water treatment technician Constantine was as well knowledgeable polite and very detailed on the pressure from the tank that was causing the leak🙌🏻👍🏻.
