Very happy with my technician Nilesh. After two appt not showing up I was happy to see him. He was very nice and wanted to make sure the job was completed as the last technician did not complete the job properly. Thankfully he had the necessary parts with him and completed the job. He was a gem

This is what I love about sears.. whenever I have to use their services. Technician has always been knowledge, reliable and I have never felt like they are there to sell me something more than what I need. He showed me the issues. Was very professional, i am very happy with the service.
