The technician was very nice. However, paying $105 for him to come to my house and tell me it would cost $892.00 to fix my refrigerator door because a one inch plastic piece broke off was very upsetting. Sears Appliance Repair can do better.

I will NOT rate your technician more than two because Sears Repair Service did him a HUGE disservice in sending him out to repair a washing machine. He is not yet qualified to diagnose an older washing machine. The previous technician sent by Sears was an "Old School" repairman who diagnosed the problem immediately, the part was ordered and the repair was made in an expedited manner. E.A. possibly misdiagnosed the issue, I ended up paying for a part that was probably not needed and he had to be met,, not once, not twice, but three times. Shame on Sears for putting him in this situation and shame on you for making ME pay for his on the job training. He is earnest, very nice and made every effort, but it should not be at my expense. The job probably cost me twice what it should have cost. I certainly question whether I will ever contact Sears Repair Service again.

the problem is not fixed he looked at the hose outside the washer instead the water was inside the bowl

The service guy was scheduled between 1-5 he didn’t show up to almost 5:30. When Johnny showed up he was very professional and very nice which made him late not matter so much. Sears is lucky to have him. ADDED :HAD A LEAK THE NEXT DAY SERVICE WAS TIME BETWEEN 1-5 NO SHOW when you try to reach someone it’s all automated.

My appointment was 8 to 12 tech show up after 5:00 pm the dryer is making noise that was not making before I paid for my dryer to be fixed it works now but with a noise that is not normal and very loud I need the tech to come back and fix the noise
