they schedule twice e and kept me waiting for them the whole day but never showed up. I tried to call them but as soon as their system recognizes my number all I could do to cancel appointment or reschedule it. I had to use another phone that their system does'nt recognize it in order to talk to someone. Also their technician's findings were compeletly wrong and the part was not bad at all.
