Luis did a great job repairing our dryer. It’s the AI scheduling that needs to be fired! I got notification stating that he would be there at 1. My husband took off from work early. About an hour later it said 4:12pm ETA. Luis arrived around 4:50pm. This is not the first time. I had a 1-5pm window for a previous appointment. The tech called around 5:30 stating that he was coming from Bay Area and stuck in traffic. He wanted to cancel but I wouldn’t let him because the AI scheduling did not have my appt correct in two previous appointments. It had showed I wasn’t covered. Both times I left work early and they had to cancel. I tried to get credit for a month of premium since it took that long for someone to come out. I had to purchase a refrigerator with my own money! That’s ridiculous.
