Fidel did an excellent job. He did a thorough diagnosis of our unit before fixing it. Once he confirmed that the condenser was bad, it didn't take him long to exchange it. He always kept us informed of what he was doing. Once he was finished, he cleaned up the work area and left it like he found it. Fidel is an excellent technician.
