The technician was FABULOUS, knowledgeable and courteous. He deserves a "5." The company and their communication (or lack of, I should say) is terrible and it's almost impossible to speak with a human being. They cancel, reschedule and change appointments at will, and there is no explanation or inquiry as to what will work. This is not the first nor the second time that I've had the same issue. And the company pushes the employees (those that book and those that perform the service) to get you to buy a service agreement or warranty. REALLY? WHY would I want to purchase anything from you if this is the way you treat your customers? I would give them a 1, if that, and I tend to praise in public, complain in private, but it did no good the first or the second time. The last human being apologized profusely and I kept saying, "I know that it is not you personally--it is your system." He went on, "Sincerely, I hope that this problem does not happen again in the future!" to which I replied, "It won't, because I will never use you again!" I paid $119 for the joy of being told that the part for my washer is no longer made and unavailable. LOL!!! But I was told this by a very nice person, at least... ... ...

Michael did a great job. It's fixed. I had to pay my copay of $75 twice because Pro Appliance didn't correct the concern on July 22. The payment to Pro Appliance was not was a waste, but Sears fixed the problem. And Michael was knowledgeable and knew what he was doing.
