Your repair men are wonderful. I’d give them five stars. Trying to get an appointment is ridiculous. Having a machine answer my calls is annoying. Beyond belief hire some people for God sakes. Yesterday when I called for an appointment the phone was answered by AI It was perfect

Arrived within the time frame. Closer to the earliest time than the later (8am-12pm) Diagnosed the problem quickly. Had the part in the truck although I provided the appliance details before the appointment. Very friendly.the payment method has improved. Technician does not keep payment information it goes to automated payment. I choose A&E for my appliance service needs
