Excellent, professional. I would just ask that the time frame communication would be more precise. I was provided 8am too 12pm noon. Rep arrived at 1250 pm. The rep was professional, with excellent skills. The one thing too improve is if your going too arrive outside the window the rep communicate with home owner. I provide the rep an excellent review

Refrigerator freezer door kept popping open then the door wouldn't open on one side. Bruce was very transparent, informative, professional and communicated concerns clearly. Bottom line, there were too many unknowns about the repair, parts and availability so the insurance company decided they did not want it repaired.
