Love Ignacio, the technician!! But the company’s communications with the AI stinks . I made the service request with my homeowners on Thanksgiving day and the service provider is just finishing it today.☹️ Lousy customer service and communication was very confusing. Twice I expected them, & twice no one showed.

I am a very happy camper. Of course by the time the tech arrived the horrible noise the refrig/freezer was making this morning had stopped. But I described everything & he checked the condenser & checked in the freezer too. Gave an explanation as to what could have caused the noise. Answered all my questions & gave my husband & I an education. We have an older fridge & tech said just keep fixing until it fails. Whirlpool is the absolute best. We did not have to pay anything. THANK YOU for helping.,
