Worse experience l have ever had. Put a service request in on 07/14/25 paid my $100.00 for first visit my washer needed a pump since they then have taken another warranty payment of $59.00 and today 08/12/25 no repair has bee made. Have had 3 appointments scheduled all have been rescheduled no technician to service my area, today is my 3rd. service date 8/12/25 rescheduled repair man had a emergency. This is my 4th appointment they have rescheduled. And the appointments are scheduled for weeks later. And l never got one call to let me know they were not coming out. If you are offered a home warranty through Cinch and their repair company is Sears Warranty and Repair don’t do it. I would hope that we customers that have had the same experience to get together and do something about this type of services companies. And the initials or signature is not mine that’s on the initial paperwork.

Dennis arrived promptly and checked over my washer that had left brown gunk on my white wash, with no warning. He couldn't find anything wrong. Neither did he start trying to sell me a maintenance plan. He suggested a maintenance procedure that I could do myself, recommended that I use the minimum amount of detergent, and never complained about the triple digit heat in my garage. I am a satisfied customer.
