Sears service technician arrived within the time window quoted. Service technician identified the issue with my washing machine, provided background information on the specific model I had, and provided options for repairs. He explained the payment process and guided me through the payment process before leaving. My issue was only a $129 diagnostic and by choice, no repair made. If the parts had been on hand perhaps I would have considered a repair.
