No, problem was found, and no part was change, investigation found no obvious problem at this time !!! Pending!! Part is no longer available, stop making it some time ago !! Exhaust fan needs complete replacement, according to tech, sears!!

The process and communication was exceptional starting with the appointment set up, the constant follow up texts & e-mails, the follow up to see if an earlier appointment was needed, and the day of the service with the call ahead of time from the service rep and links sent for ETA, and the instant e-mail communication as the service was being performed and the follow up call from the service rep to explain the issue.
