Wonderful Warranty & Wonderful Service
We called on a broken Air Conditioner, and with it being Summer it took a while, but when Mike came out he was very thorough and located the problems very quickly. He managed to fix the problems and advised us very realistically how long he felt it would stay fixed. It was a pleasure working with him.

Good guy he did everything he could although I'm still concerned about our microwave. It's old and it's glitchy sometimes it heats more than other times sometimes less at the same setting. But of course he couldn't ascertain that just being here and trying it a couple of times. Everything in our kitchen is from Sears and it was the best at the time. So he told me if something goes wrong with it they're not going to have any parts to fix it. That being the case, what will they do will they replace it. Please answer my question
