John deserves 10 Stars out of your 5 Stars
John deserves 10 stars instead of 5 stars, he was excellent, polite and did the job. As far as the customer service, to get John here that deserves 0 stars. It was the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my whole life!!!!! It is next to impossible to get a live person, you did not show up for 2 scheduled appointments with no phone call or message to alert me, the first guy out mis diagnosed the problem, you changed one of my appointments without asking to July 29th, a day we are going to be on vacation. Our refrigerator was broke for about 7 weeks due to a failed compressor. In the 7 weeks we had lots of spoiled food, no ice cubes thru 2 heatwaves and next to impossible to get a live representative on the phone. Your customer service actually derserves -10, that's negative ten. After telling our friends what we were going thru, most of them bet you would not show up again. Again, John was excellent, he called early on to let us know he was running late and he was only a few minutes after the scheduled time frame, took away a lot of worry from us letting us know he would be here. You need your customer service to have the thoughtful, correct thing to do as John did. All I have to emphasize is your phone customer service can be best described as the very worst I have EVER dealt with . You better hang on to employees like John who make up for your phone representatives incompetence, when you can reach one..

Give Michael a Raise
Great service ! A desire to get job done right , not cut corners. His knowledge allowed him to get the job done once parts arrived. Trouble shooting wasn't guess worked , also notice and showed errors by previous repairmen that came out. First job of the day and was on time and pleasant.

The Technicians aren't "THE PROBLEM"
The tech's are all GREAT! It's your customer service organization that has fallen apart! I have been a customer for probably 4 decades, and have referred lots of people to Sears Home Services. Obviously management no longer exists in America, as the Home Warranty Service organization is broken. It now takes us 3-5 job orders to get an appliance serviced. Sears regularly wastes money by sending out the right tech, then prohibiting from servicing our appiance due to an error in the call center in how they inputed the work order (warranty v. charged visit). The website no longer works for warranty customers and there are no Americans available to speak with. Sears quality of service is 1-Star,

He Fixed It,
A very nice man. Arturo listened to me describe the issue I was having with the dryer. He even listened to the diagnosis I had from the service provider who came yesterday. Then he fixed my dryer! I had been told it was not repairable and I would need to replace it. But he fixed t and now I don't have to g through all the paperwork and troubles of getting a new one. Arturo is the best
