Getting a hold of sears was terrible and the automated system is EXTREMELY frustrating! The technician was fine, it was everything else about the experience that was horrible. I will NOT be buying another appliance from sears in the future. I have been a loyal sears customer since high school some 50 years ago. The technician was trying to be as honest as he could and I therefore declined to have the unit repaired. Sears has definitely lost itself over the years, getting the cheapest companies to build their product and the put their logo on it. Bad choice! It's the end of my relationship with sears.

Jeff was on-time, actually a bit early. He explained business protocols and what he was going to do. He did his diagnostics, gave us the report and discussed with us our options. He was focused on what was best for us, so we found him to be very trustworthy. In the future, we would definitely welcome Jeff back - if we have another service call need.

Excellent service. I was able to schedule an appointment the next day. Technician came when scheduled, diagnosed the problem, ordered the needed parts and scheduled an appointment for the next week to install the parts. Parts cane abd were installed in about 10 minutes. Easiest repair I've had.
