Peter was very knowledgeable and explained what was needed to repair our washing machine. Peter was able to contact the warranty company with the repair parts list. Unfortunately the washing machines repairs exceed its value so they will contact us with a settlement. Sears Home Service was very helpful in keeping us updated on Peter's appointment time. Very professional service.
