Arturo continued to work on our dryer and wouldn't leave until he took it apart and put everything back together to stop the squeaking. In the past, others came out and only worked for minutes..basically put a bandaid on the dryer in the past. Arturo was persistent and determined to fix the dryer,no matter how long it took..going step by step..THANK YOU ARTURO..no one else could or would do all that you did..and we appreciate you and your hard work..

I haven't used the washer yet. We'll see how it works when I do laundry this weekend. Arturo called me at 11:30 on the service date and said he would arrive in 60 minutes. I confirmed that he meant he would arrive at 12:30 and he said yes. He didn't arrive until 1:30, but his service van was parked across the street for some time before he came to my home. My appointment was for between 1 and 5 pm. I had some tasks I needed to do before 1 pm, but I put them off because he said he was going to arrive early. He was good at calling me when he was going to come, but he wasn't good at keeping the time commitments he made. I rearranged my day to accommodate him, but I didn't have to. I could have taken care of my other responsibilities in the time I was waiting for him. The bottom line will be how well the washer works, but I can't comment on that right now.

Straightforward as fortunately no issues with refrigerator/freezer. Jeff was pleasant and professional. Showed me how to find recommended temperature settings and how to toggle from refrigerator to freezer. Was good visit.
