Job was very respectful of our home. He protected the floor while taking off the oven door, placing it on a blanket. He carefully pulled out the oven onto a dolly and repaired the defective parts. Job is a very personable, respectful person and does a great job. I wish you would care enough to want your automated voice system reviewed. You really need to update that horrible system.

Great tech! Trouble shooted until he figured it out & did an outstanding job. Stayed until the job was completed to make sure I got the answers needed regarding payment & protocol of how this job was to be handled. He overheard that I received 3 different answers from three different people after much confusion on this particular job and the plan I pay for. I was so Frustrated and will be discontinuing my contract with Sears.
