Sears AI is impossible. Never got to a human? Couldn't tell you Sears parts didn't get here on time for repair. Option never offered . But it threatens with a fee if you don't notify. ? Sears should go back to people ! I keep this coverage 1. Your appliances constantly break..more cheap plastic. Use metal. 2.Your AI customer service sucks. Use humans. Then the ONLY reason to keep contract.. Techs like Arturo ***** 5 stars all for Arturo!!!!! He has been here many times to fix my kitchen full of Sears JUNK! Thanks Arturo sure we will see you again.
