Artururo arrived at the house and i updated him on what we've been through the past week since Oct 5th without hot water!! He tried to contact the previous tech for information but was given little help.. I had an owner's manual and the burner that was sent by Rheem also came with an enlarged diagram that helped him to fully be able to take the mess that had been left behind by our last tech and put things back together again with a new burner unit and gas control kit… Arturo not only got our water heater up and running, but stayed the extra minutes to ensure it stayed working before having us sign off on the job and leaving the premises… I found this to be extremely professional, not to mention reassuring after all we have been through this past week and now my family will finally be able to take hot showers tonight!!! Many many thanks to Arturo and Sears for all your help and for getting him to us so quickly today!! We were at our wits end!!!

Arturo came and instantly diagnosed my non functioning control panel as the culprit for my dishwasher suddenly having absolutely no power. Being patient and waiting for replacement parts and scheduling the return appointment for the actual fix-it date is all I had to be responsible for. Arturo worked the challenge successfully. I am super happy to have my major kitchen appliance alive and well again! Thanks for excellent service!
