Sears Service Technician Arturo
Arturo was awesome. He did a great job in repairing parts on our dryer. He notified us with his arrival time. Arturo was very knowledgeable in his field & did his job in a very professional manner. He was polite & answered all questions & showed us parts which were replaced. Thank you Arturo for doing an outstanding job in your field. I hope your supervisors appreciate you as much as we did.

Gary, the technician, call ahead and told me he was on his way and arrived exactly the time that he had stated. Made a good appearance was easily to talk to and was respective of my property. Told me what he would be doing installed the pre-ordered parts for my refrigerator and left the working area completely clean. Was one of the best experiences I've had With Sears home service and I have had a master Warranty account since 1974 when I bought my first washing machine and dryer combination. Gary is a good example of why I have purchase and stayed with Sears protective agreements for 50 years.
