The technician, Jim, contacted me before he arrived. He worked on the issue and found that it was not an issue with the cooktop itself but with the electrical circuit that supplied the power for the cooktop and that we needed to have an electrician come out. He demonstrated that it wasn't the cooktop by plugging the cooktop into another socket and the cooktop worked as it should. Jim was polite and very professional. He arrived on the date of service and within the time period slated.
