Two service technicians arrived on schedule, evaluated appliance failure, and advised as regards any repairs in a very timely and efficient manner. Unfortunately, the news wasn't good. The Appliance was obsolete with repair part unavailable.

Our 15 year old dryer started making screeching noises and it was with great concern that we requested a service call. John came to the rescue with his knowledge, experience, and expertise. He disassembled the dryer, verified the issue, and replaced the worn out part in minutes. His good humor and great attitude were greatly appreciated. Kudos to John for his exceptional performance!
