Michael was so nice and helpful. He explained everything to me and give me instructions on how to get the best results from my fridge. He was so clean and leave everything clean and also checked that the water was working. I am so glad that he was here taking care of my fridge.

We called yesterday and the customer service team had an appointment for us the next day. The next day, Arturo called within the time frame allotted and notified us that he would be there in half an hour. When he arrived, he was courteous and went right to diagnosing the problem. He emailed a quote and had the part in his truck. We accepted and in less than an hour, he replaced the broken water pump in the 8 year old washing machine and tested it. Hopefully this washing machine will last another 8 years with this water pump. He had our credit card on file and everything went seamlessly. We appreciated the efficiency of the entire process. We don't like the 30 day guarantee on workmanship nor the hard sell on home warranty policies that we got from customer service, but we understand that it is just business.
