5 star. Prompt arrival, new exactly to check to address my refrig.' Problem. De-iced area, found fan totally iced, prevented it from functioning. De-Iced it. then it was able to function, allowing the cooling if refrig. to return to proper temp. Explained parts for my refrig. Very difficult to get ( Korean source). Explained what brands could access parts more readily. Refridge. functioning ok now.
