Oven repair
Arturo is the best technician ever. Very thorough, neat, courteous. He was a pleasure to have over and diagnosed the problem and fixed it ahead of schedule.

Dave's performance was excellent!! However, Sears itself made it impossible to get to warranty services to make the original order! The phone tree is a nightmare and I was transferred back and forth multiple times without resolution. I ended up paying the full price of repair out of pocket rather than the deductible because the two branches of Sears can't communicate.

He was helpful after he came, thinking someone else had taken the appt and already been here. A little puzzled by the GE filter being part of the computer program. He said that GE made a mistake to include (connect) this as part of their ECU box. Thinks we figured it out as well as possible. Definitely there was a glitch when changing filters.
