I am so please with the service I received today from technician, David. He was knowledgeable, clean, and friendly. He explained everything to me that was going on. It turned out that the repairs would be so great that I needed to buy a new washing machine. He was so kind and helped me to figure out what new machine would be best for me. I will definitely be calling back. I hope I get David again!

Your technician came promptly and determine what was wrong super fast and fixed it for a very reasonable cost. I also love Sears's set up with the interface on the website for booking an appointment even though it was the holidays. I was super happy they were able to get me on the very next day first thing super impressed. Will definitely recommend two friends And use again the next time an appliance breaks.

Ron was the technician assigned to our repair of our furnace. This furnace has been broken every year since we bought it four years ago, & because of some electrical problems it is very difficult to fix. With extreme patience and over 5 service calls Ron got the parts needed to fix it. He was always on time and again with extreme patience he finally got the part needed & got it installed and tested it. It finally worked and Hopefully it will work for a while.
