Gary arrived within the specified time range. He called before coming to let me know when he would be here.. He took his time to ensure all parts were here and correct and worked diligently to make sure my refrigerator and freezer were back up and running after over a two and a half week wait!!! Thanks to Gary i now hear ice clinking in the freezer every few hours from the icemaker! The refrigerator is cooling down and hopefully our water bottle will be frozen by morning so we can start putting things back in the freezer!!! (He told us it would be a 12 hr waiting period to completely cool down) So hats off to Gary! The senior tech got it done for us and we are truely grateful for you!! You are the best!!! :)
