I appreciated Enrique’s communication throughout the day. His schedule ran late on prior customer, so he call me to notify me that he was running behind, which is much appreciated. He explained the necessary repairs so that we could make an informed decision.

I needed information about my LG refrigerator a couple of screws for the bottom freezer door handle the representative I spoke with was very helpful and assisting me with the parts that I needed . He did me that you can no longer visit the stores everything is done online now, due to the Coronavirus lots of places have had to make changes and adjustments so I understand. But overall it was okay I have no complaints.
