Technician was courteous and professional. My issue however is with the companies business practices. They told me I needed a new ice maker and proceeded to order a refurbished ice maker without asking me if I wanted a new one or a refurbished one. I ordered a new one myself directly from the manufacturer, now I have a refurbished ice maker sitting in my garage.
