He quickly diagnosed the problem with our appliance and gave us the estimate. Unfortunately the cost to repair (parts and labor) would be more than the cost of a replacement washer.

Sal did a great job to correct the problem. The AI scheduler gave him a faulty address. Not his fault. There should be an opportunity to type in the address and make the appointment to avoid this in the future.
