The last 2 techs have been friendly and experienced! Very happy with the results.

Jose listened to my concern with the washer. I explained the problem and he tested the machine to see what the cause of the water leak. Unfortunately, it seemed to be OK and he was unable to find the cause of the water leak because the machine was working OK. He told me to watch for the leak and take a picture if it happens again. He was pleasant and professional.

I love my Sears protection plan it truly works for me . I do not like the new upgrade that they are about to do when this one expires but I guess I have to do what I have to do . As far as Rudy he always comes here and does such a beautiful job. He is professional he is friendly and I love the work that he does on my washer and dryer. You need more people like Rudy so that we who are utilizing these protection plans are happy and satisfied. I'm grateful that Sears can come and handle my situations in a timely fashion and that everything gets done properly. And he even cleans up his own mess giggle thanks again Sears I appreciate you This is my second time using Sears repair this year . This time Rudy came and he was just as nice and sweet as justin. I've had Rudy before and he's always been perfect. He fixed my problem really quickly told me what was going on and he was here in a timely fashion thank you Sears for truly being a part of my Appliance life. I had a couple of challenges with Sears when they were using the third party companies. But ever since they just send out Sears technicians I've been enjoying my service again. I said Justin. has been here a couple of times and he's always great. He's friendly he's polite and he's always on time. So I would love to have Justin come out every time to fix my washer. I appreciate Sears and thank you for hiring great people.
