Justin was very professional and helpful. He knew what he was doing and was able to repair our washer within 10 minutes. He also gave tips to care for our washer and checked our wiring to make sure everything was OK. Very nice and I appreciate your help, thank you!

My technician is very knowledgeable ...he's also very respectful and thorough...he goes by rules set...I respect him. It was necessary for another tech to come to assist...He, too, was very respectful and assisted where needed....I am impressed with the teamwork.

Rodolfo was a very nice technician and did a great fast job. As for in home sears service repair I will not use them again. I could never get to speak to a live person. All I ever got was a BOT. I kept getting texts & couldn't reply, so due to that fact, they kept canceling my repair. So use any other repair, UNLESS YOU GET TO SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON!!!
