Not enough employees? Had to look for someone around the whole floor for some service. Even when I did find someone, they didnt know too much about their own specials. Apart from that another customer was just speaking to the employee complaining about how "shopping at Sears was the worst experience ever". That was definitely a warning for me that kept me away

I paid $129 for a Sears technician to diagnose my Samsung washer, which was displaying an out-of-balance error and would not complete the spin cycle. The technician did not disassemble or inspect the washer. Instead, he called Samsung, reviewed the error code, and told me the suspension/shocks were bad. He then quoted me over $1,000 for parts and labor and claimed the problem was caused by my failure to run the washer's self-clean cycle every month. What was most disappointing was that I was not provided with a written estimate or a detailed explanation of how the diagnosis was reached. After the visit, I contacted Samsung directly. Their technical support team walked me through troubleshooting steps over the phone, and the washer was fixed without replacing any parts. Based on my experience, the diagnosis was inaccurate, and I nearly spent over $1,000 on a repair that was not needed. I paid for a professional assessment and did not feel that a thorough inspection was performed. I would encourage others to seek a second opinion before authorizing costly repairs.

Same thing my window was from 8:00 to 12:00 my text said they would be here between 7:40 and 8:40 nobody showed up nobody called you wait and says you'll be updated nobody shows never again Can't even talk to a live person...What A Joke you have here.. I should have known...

Terrible communication! Appointment window was 8am-noon, then 1-2, 3-4, then finally on the way…only to get rescheduled FIVE days later. Nobody answers the phone but an automated service. Never again. Sears used to be TOP notch.

Not happy with service. Technician was not very knowledgeable or helpful. Honestly, it seemed he just wanted to leave as fast as possible. It was a complete waste of time and money.

I'm unhappy for few reasons. 1. They sent a third party to my home when I know that we have protection for our washer and refrigerator. He charged me $89.00 and wanted $500.00 for our refrigerator alone + over $300. For the washer. So I put a stop to it. I wished that we had proof.

Very poor customer service and also very unprofessional in the schedule. The schedule was between 8 am and 12 pm and the technician arrived 45 minutes later than the supposed time and also left a lot of trash behind him, such as boxes and damaged parts. The only thing I hope is that the work on my refrigerator was done well.
