Very nice and informative. Arrives on time. My only complaint is that we spent $2100 on a refrigerator in 2021 and now it’s dead and the repair cost is $1300. I won’t be purchasing another Kenmore/LG product. That’s crazy!

Very efficient, knows his job very well, very prompt to his appointment time, overall very very very good. We like him sooo much; will be so happy if he can do my air conditioner and also my other daughter’s air conditioner ( A pril Domingo)is her name; shout out to Duan and Sears Home Repair ; would bee very very happy to have them instead of that Comfort HVAC. Choice home warranty should change their vendor to Sears Home Repair instead of that darn and inefficient comfort HVAC.
