Very efficient, knows his job very well, very prompt to his appointment time, overall very very very good. We like him sooo much; will be so happy if he can do my air conditioner and also my other daughter’s air conditioner ( A pril Domingo)is her name; shout out to Duan and Sears Home Repair ; would bee very very happy to have them instead of that Comfort HVAC. Choice home warranty should change their vendor to Sears Home Repair instead of that darn and inefficient comfort HVAC.

Amado did a very thorough and fast repair. Thank goodness we dealt with such a professional and courteous person, because the setting up process was atrocious. Besides the parts arrival delay, there was just no clarity on the actual appointment day and time. If you are going to use AI a better system would avoid the frustration that we felt as customers.
