Enrique did an excellent job on installing our new Frigidaire. He explained everything he was doing and suggested we dispose of the first two hours of ice cubes, that some would be gray in color because of the new tubing. They were indeed gray. It seems to me that he and his coworkers could make better use of their time on the job if the handles for the fridge were not wrapped so tightly in plastic. The technician did an amazing job. He found out what was wrong with my air conditioner and was able to order the parts and have it fixed within two days. He also helped me change the filters as well.😊

Glenn, the Sears technician who was sent out arrived on Friday , late afternoon, in the heat, after working all day, when no one else would have bothered to show up! He replaced the capacitor and got the A/C running again! The first company that had been sent out did absolutely nothing, collected $75 and left. Glenn and Sears are first class. THANK YOU Glenn! In fairness to Choice Home Warranty they did not make me pay another deductible after the first one, however, Choice and the home warranty industry as a whole need to clean up their act.
