The technician did an amazing job. He found out what was wrong with my air conditioner and was able to order the parts and have it fixed within two days. He also helped me change the filters as well.😊

Glenn, the Sears technician who was sent out arrived on Friday , late afternoon, in the heat, after working all day, when no one else would have bothered to show up! He replaced the capacitor and got the A/C running again! The first company that had been sent out did absolutely nothing, collected $75 and left. Glenn and Sears are first class. THANK YOU Glenn! In fairness to Choice Home Warranty they did not make me pay another deductible after the first one, however, Choice and the home warranty industry as a whole need to clean up their act.
