Enrique was great. The problem was this was the 3rd time someone had come out. The 1st time didn't work out, the 2nd time didn't work out. It took the 3rd time for the refridgerant line being blocked to be noticed. I was without my fridge from Mar 24th to Apr 8th where the parts arrived on Mar 29, the 1st attempt at repaid was Apr 1 and the 2nd was Apr 6.

The technician was efficient, I had a window of 1-5.. he arrived about 5:20.. took all of 30 minutes if not less to fix the dryer, and I had a bill of 401.$… that was according to him with the 129.$ fee towards the repair. Unbelievable, what a rip off !!

Dryer fix. When I say they came quick, they came quick. The tech found a runaway sock fast. He did notice the inner bottom workings needed a cleaning but said it would be an additional $50. We opted to clean ourselves. Past techs a long time ago have offered to give it a cleaning for free so that was surprise. Thanks for coming out so fast. Appreciate it.

Why did it took 4-times to get the right parts to fix our washer. All technicians were great, but support from other departments sucks.

Scheduled time was 10-2; Tech did not arive within that time frame -probably not his fault, however, not coming within the time frame put a hardship on me; had to get a friend to come and be here because I too had an appointment to be at. But my oven is finally back to working!!! I was put through a lot of unnecessary backtracking; this leave me skeptical about calling in the future.
