Dryer fix. When I say they came quick, they came quick. The tech found a runaway sock fast. He did notice the inner bottom workings needed a cleaning but said it would be an additional $50. We opted to clean ourselves. Past techs a long time ago have offered to give it a cleaning for free so that was surprise. Thanks for coming out so fast. Appreciate it.

Why did it took 4-times to get the right parts to fix our washer. All technicians were great, but support from other departments sucks.

Scheduled time was 10-2; Tech did not arive within that time frame -probably not his fault, however, not coming within the time frame put a hardship on me; had to get a friend to come and be here because I too had an appointment to be at. But my oven is finally back to working!!! I was put through a lot of unnecessary backtracking; this leave me skeptical about calling in the future.

He was did but did not turn our dispenser panel back on. Now we do not have water or ice.

Not a good experience. Part ordered didn't work and one of your technician s took it with him. I know I have to pay the service fee $129., but I want the rest of my $421. Returned to me.

They forgot to install one of the screws that holds to outer cover of the microwave door in place at the bottom. now it wiggles and is not secure. If you send me the correct screw I can install it myself.

The tech showed up at my door tracked dirt on all over the floor, left the gate open every time he showed up. Took 3 times to get the job done. Why would a tech show up not ready to test for a leak, fix the leak all at the same time? Instead he showed up, did an assessment, came back two day later, tested for a leak, and two days later showed up to fix it. And still left the damn gate open. Ridiculous!
