Technician did his best he was good but it took 6 visits to finish the job because the stupid AI system kept assigning the job to different technicians who would not know what the previous technician did, the last technician got the microwave working but the AI system would not allow him to replace the broken door so the job is not completed

Dryer would lose heat during the dry cycle. Sometimes I have heat, sometimes I don’t. Tech never listened to what was being described. Told him previous tech recommended cleaning the vents. I did and same problem. Tech Let’s dryer run for 30 mins and it had heat. Cant fix what he can’t see which I understand. So I call my appliance parts local store and they say it’s the dryer coil which cost me $16.00. Guaranteed me it’s 90% of the problem. So I buy and fixed it myself. How does he know that and 2 techs don’t? Note to tech : learn to listen with your ears and not your mouth. Kept talking over me and not want to listen to my problem. Going off experience this time didn’t fix my issue. YouTube and appliance cashier did the fix.

Over the years I have had great experiences with Sears. However not anymore. Absolutely horrible! If I could give less than 1 star I would. The tech was derogatory, demeaning and rude. I called Sears to have another tech sent out. They said they would cancel the appointment and send another tech out. Instead the same repair guy came out again, and refused to fix one of the issues. Although the first issue caused the second one. I will be canceling this service when my policy is up. On top of this, the tech kept going on about what a horrible company Sears is to work for on each visit. If this was the representation I would get for my company I would be furious! Very disappointed and will try to detour anyone from using this service. What a failure on customer sevice.

This was absolutely the most unorganized group their communication was awful. I had four different appointments and this was all through my home warranty, which I’m even more disappointed in, so I would never recommend the service to anyone. They would show up after painstakingly going through numerous messages to update them on the problem the model number a series of information then the technician shows up knows nothing about all the information I’ve provided. It was just a horrible experience and a huge waste of time.

Trying to get a live human was impossible. I called the "800" number and 4 consecutive times I was disconnected when trying to get to a live person. I had to use the AI chatbot last to set up both tech visits. Your phone system is terrible.

1/5 Stars - Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience* I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from the Robert technician who came to fix my refrigerator. The technician had ordered the necessary part over three weeks ago, and I was expecting a prompt and professional repair. Unfortunately, when the technician arrived, he began complaining that he didn't know how to fix the issue. This lack of confidence and expertise was alarming, and I was shocked by his unprofessional attitude. As a customer, I expect a certain level of competence and professionalism from service technicians. It's unacceptable for a technician to admit uncertainty about a repair, especially after ordering the necessary part weeks in advance. I hope Robert takes steps to address this issue and ensures that their technicians are properly trained and equipped to handle repairs efficiently and professionally.

Very bad service technician took freon gas from our fridge without permission he touched compressor and hooked up wire without my permission and as soon as he walked in and started to take out freon in his own machine when I asked why yo are going this technician said it is the law I have to take the freon he just left with out the estimate and slam the door as he walked out Left everything opened And my signatures that I refused the service which obviously with his attitude and and without my permission took freon out and messed up the compressor fittings and settings I was told by sears since our LG fridge is fairly new the compressor is under warranty and the will take of thru LG But the technician didn't wanted to talk about any of this thing and Very first thing he took all the freon And left slaming the door I request SEARS SERVICE to takcare of my compressor thru LG as they promised and take of the damage the technician did to my fridge Thanks
