Robert was great and knowledgeable and efficient. However, I was promised a $20 deduction from $119 to $99 to come out and that didn't happen. I called and you don't have a number to complain. I tried everything including calling back and asking for that credit back to my card. They told me I talked to AI therefore I couldn't get what was promised. I want to know why not?? I told your AI I was 77 and fixed income and couldn't afford the money and she said she would give me a $20 discount. How do I get that back on my card? I want an answer, why not be honest

4/22/2025 The part has arrived today. We are waiting for Robert to return and do repair still Robert has been very thoughtful about trying to get the repairs done as needed, in spite of the numerous times the scheduling has been changed by the service center without our knowledge or approval. The txt messages are faulty as they do not allow us to send a confirmation 😒 THE DELAYS have cost us &200+ in laundromat fees since July just for washing!!! We paid for warranty service and it is not right we should be out these expenses. Now we have to wait until 4/21/25 before repairs AGAIN!
