Great service by the technician but communicating with Sears directly is near impossible. There is no physical way to chat with an actual person just a pre-programmed Bot that puts you in an endless loop. Once the technician actually calls you, things are 5 star.

Super nice guy (can’t recall his name) and the link to the receipt they emailed me doesn’t work. He kept saying there were issues to our electrical plug or different components on the washer were not getting enough voltage and then saying, no they’re fine. Seemed to have a lot of trouble trying to figure out how to use the voltage meter. Finally he said we needed a new washer electronic control board and the told us that parts and labor total would be $750. I told him that I would be better off just replacing the washer. The service call charge was $119. My husband decided to look on Amazon for the part and it was $223. He installed the part and the washer still didn’t work. Because we were both extremely skeptical of his diagnosis and the machine is only 4 years old, we decided to call a difference appliance repair company and he told us that the control board was fine and then found a broken connector on the load and go sensor. He will be out today with the part and a total charge of $320. DO NOT USE SEARS APPLIANCE REPAIR!! They may have good technicians, however, it was clearly apparent this guy knew nothing about repairing a washing machine. $119. FOR NOTHING!! The owner posted to have me call the number, however, when I did the AI could not do anything regarding my call and told me to contact them on line. When I tried doing that, the only contacts option is to schedule an appointment. Clearly, the owner does not really want me to contact him. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!

Not happy with my service or with Sears. My appointment was canceled and I had to wait an extra week because it was canceled and it still isn't fixed. This is the 5th repair for the same problem.

Literally the WORST experience! Do not ever hire. The conpany is a complete joke now. So sad yo see how far sears has fallen. Paid $500 for a drywr repair in November. The oart failed in two uses amd the technician admitted that the company often orders cheao amazon parts and charges full prices for Samsung prices. I was told a mew part was ordered and he would be back to fix in two weeks. Its been over 2 months and still no repair. I have had the part for 6 weeks made 4 different appointments and all have them have been cancelled day of. Their AI system is the worst and when i actually talk to humans they say they cant help or theres no manager or ill get a call back that i never get. They also say everything's fixed and my appointment wont be cancelled again hut hete we are 4 times ina row being cancelled. I am pregnant and spending si much time amd money going to laundry mat wvery week. They literally have robbed. I asked for a refund and these clowns said they meed the faulty part in my dryer. I meed to remove it and send it back to them to get a refund. Hahaha like i know how to do that??? Thats what i hired you for! UPDATE: after the technician returned, he was super rude amd teied ti take parts from mt hoise i was specifically instructed i meeded to return to sears to get a refund. I explained this to him and he told me inwould ne charged for the part i already told him i was insreucted to return… trying to bully me. Mind you im 8 months pregnant at home alone with my 5 year old and this man comes in my house being way agressive rude. On too of that he out a part in to tell me i still couldnt ise my dryer because i meeded another repair. Why didnt he do this repair? Literally told me to order a part on amazon so i could do it myself or my fix would not he covered under warranty. Just a way for them to not fix my dryer when it breaks a third time. I will he filing a small claims suite of my refund is not processed.

Sears Home Warranty is terrible. They have been sending repair people to fix my refrigerator since JULY and it is now NOVEMBER. Two on location appointments they booked and no one ever showed or called, as well as FOUR on line appointments that no one showed up up for. My refrigerator still is not fixed.

I trued to provide make.model,and serial number while making appointment and your robot would not allow me to do so .So when tech came for repair he said the part for our microwave was no longer available.So I spent 119 for nothing . Yes, I am totally unhappy. I hate you robot and shall never your service again So, now I got a response to contact you, but there is no way to speak to a human. If you would of provided a means to give you the year,model, and seral number in the first place ,you could of told me that the part was not available, but you sent out a tech to tell me that the part was not available. So you wasted lots of time, and cost me 119.00 for no service.
