My technician was so polite. He was prompt right on time. He checked in with me on the way here so that he could give me an ETA according to his GPS and sure enough he was here right on time. My technician this morning was very very knowledgeable and helpful and got me on the right track as far as what the refrigerator was experiencing. I would highly recommend him to anyone around here that needs help with the refrigerators. He is just fabulous.! I'm gonna read him 5 Star! all the way! TY again, Donna Vasko

Arrived. Reviewed paperwork in regards to problem with washing machine not draining that I completed when I made the appointment. He had a new pump with him. He installed it and machine was working normally again. All this in under one hour. Excellent service.
