Lousy service

Our 1st appointment was fairly good, The Tech arrived on time. somebody from called the day before and asked what the problem with the washer was. I told him and he said it sounded like a valve, The tech finally replaced the water valve and I paid him and he left. About 20 min later my wife put a load of clothes in the washer. Strange noises started a code started and then the Washer stopped/ I called trying to get the tech and was told that there was no way to contact him. They made me an appointment for the next day 8-12. I called at 12:15 and was told he was running late and would be there by 5. A different tech called and he would try get over by six He called later he could not make because could not go into over time.. T told every one I called that I thought the 1st Tech failed to turn the water back on. So at 7pm me with a fractured kneecap and my wife with a bum arm pull the heavy Kenmore elite front loader out and may wife laid across the top of the machine and turn the valves on. Terrible system, terrible service. The 1st tech did his job but just made the mistake of not turning the water valves on. After that disaster.

He did not find the actual problem The refrigerator did not run any better after he left. It was not cooling. We have to call for another repair

Pay for service but no work

I had a service appointment today between 1:00PM and 5:00PM. Your website first said that the technician would be here at 1:30, then 2:15, then 3:10, etc. Then the website said that the technician had arrived. But, no one here. When I went back to the website, the call had no updated information. I called to find out when the technician would be here and found the call had been closed. No one would be here. Great job Sears!

Repair not successful

While Matthew is a very pleasant person to deal with, he was ultimately not able to fix our fridge. He spent at least 6 hours over 2 days attempting to repair our Kenmore Elite refrigerator by installing a new compressor after determining that this was what was causing our fridge & freezer to fail. He left on the 2nd day, pronouncing the appliance repaired, and gave us his cellphone number in case we had any difficulties. While cleaning up, we noticed that our kitchen linoleum had scorch and burn marks from the welding he performed. And, after several hours, it was apparent the fridge was still not working, nor could we hear the motor running. By early afternoon, we tried to call Matthew twice and left messages informing him of the problems. We never received a call back from him. We tried calling the company listed on his repair van, but could not reach them either. On August 19th, we contacted Sears Home Services and requested further repair.

Machine squeaks like crazy after "fix"

Literally, machine is squeaking like crazy on very first load after being "fixed" for a grinding noise when the tub turns. Now I need someone to come out and do another "fix". Ridiculous.
